buy this pedal exerciser for my dad's rehab and it's been very helpful so far. He uses it for both arms and legs and it encourages gentle movement without putting too much strain. compact, doesn’t take up much space and folds away easily when not in use. Good value for light physiotherapy at home!

I use it while sitting at the desk for some light leg movement and also for arm exercises when watching TV, it does exactly what it promises, low-impact movement for rehabilitation or light fitness, build quality is decent for the price, and it’s very easy to set up and fold away.

Bought this for my mum after her knee surgery to help with recovery and she’s been using it daily, simple, straightforward, and doesn’t need electricity, just place it on the floor or table and start pedaling!
