Safety Precautions
- After assembly, double-check all screws and wheel fittings to ensure they are fully secured before use.
- During ongoing use, regularly inspect the screws and wheels for tightness. Loose fittings pose a safety hazard and should be fixed immediately.
- When activating the brakes, avoid stepping forcefully on the iron plate. Excess pressure can damage the brake pads and compromise the braking function.

Reasonable delivery time. But the delivery guy just placed the item outside my house even though there is someone at home. They should at least ring the bell to see if someone is at home to receive the item. Product seems good and installation is easy too.

This is my second time purchasing. It got delivered within two days and is easy to fix.
It is pretty lasting except for the wheels. Thing is stainless but the wheels do rust. You can replace the wheels. The previous commode lasted for more than two years but 6 wheels were replaced during this period until they couldn't be replaced anymore because it became too rusty to remove. So here's buying a new one and changing up some practices to ensure the wheels don't rust.
Received exactly as shown in the pictures. Adjustable heights. Maid of sturdy material. Good.
